This class is suited to those who have been practising for at least 6. My intention for this class is to move our practise forward, explore different avenues and approaches to the traditional postures. We will be aiming to be going deeper into ‘awareness’ and ‘noticing’.
The yoga I teach is an evolution of over 20 years of practice and study, perhaps moving away from ‘external’ evaluation of the postures and moving towards an ‘internal’ sense of the postures, moving away from the more used traditional approach of systemised yoga to a more experiential approach. Whilst looking at traditional Hatha Yoga postures and pranayamas, I will be encouraging fun and freedom within the traditional structure, whilst taking into our awareness fundamental anatomical and functional aspects required by our bodies for maximum wellbeing benefits.
Please bring a blanket, a yoga / Pilates mat, and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Singing is a great way to relieve stress and promote well-being.
Meet new people and take some time for you in this new acappella choir for mums, dads, grandparents, carers and their babies!
It is a baby friendly class, created especially so you can bring the baby you care for. Grown ups are in a semi circle (with room for your buggy next to you) and babies can sit, crawl or play on the blanket in front of you.
These uplifting classes are led by conductor/composer (and mum) Marta Radwan. There's no auditions, no singing experience is needed and you don't need to have a 'good voice' - just an openness to have a go! You'll be sure to know the songs and there will even be some which include your little one.
There's also:
* Free on-site parking
* Café (open all day)
* Baby changing facilities
Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Carers all welcome with their babies under 18 months

Laura Smyth’s brand-new show explores all aspects of modern life. She has fun mugging off all the madness of parenting, childhood, school, marriage, social media, work and chasing her dreams.
In her own inimitable style, she gets to the truth of the human experience, treading the line between bluntness and warmth throughout.
Ultimately, she is asking how ‘living your best life’ is actually achieved – heads up: it don’t involve Instagram! Laura is a star of BBC's Live at the Apollo. She comes to Norden Farm fresh from tour support for Jack Whitehall and Michelle de Swarte. This is Laura at her uncensored and ridiculous best.
